Heritage Marine Electrical stands behind its products for as long as you own them. We will replace or issue you a credit for any of its products found to be defective in materials or manufacturing. Batteries are warranted for a period of five years from the date of first purchase. Digital Meters and Vessel System Monitors are warranted for a period of three years from the date of original purchase. No compensation will be allowed for products not returned to HME for analysis, nor will compensation be made for labor required to replace any defective product. Please contact Heritage Marine Electrical at 425-774-7595 prior to shipping any product back to HME.

Heritage Marine Electrical values you and respects your privacy. HME does not sell, rent, or loan any of your personally identifiable information to any third party. When an order is placed, we collect basic information including your name, address, phone, and email address. We use this information to confirm your order and to respond to any questions you may have. Where required, we also share this information with certain intermediaries strictly to process and ship your order.
